The conditions of sale are concluded by the company ARTIPOL, capital of 75 000 euros whose registered office is at 16 rue des AlouettesIllzach 68110, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number Mulhouse 522883834 00015 hereinafter referred to as"ARTIPOL" and by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website "ARTIPOL" hereinafter referred to as "buyer".
The conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the buyer and ARTIPOL and the conditions apply to all purchases madethrough the merchant site ARTIPOL and the buyer, either a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of goods or services through this site implies the acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.
These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by ARTIPOL.
Characteristics of goods and services
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the site of ARTIPOL. These products and services areoffered within the limits of available stocks.
The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible, but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product, especially with regard to color.
The prices showed in the catalogue are listed in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the exchange rate will be reflected in the price of goods or services.
ARTIPOL reserves the right to change prices at any time, except for the prices listed in the catalogue on the day of the order which shall beapplicable only to the buyer.
Prices do not include shipping. This will be indicated before the validation of the order.
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:
- Fill in the form of identification which shows all the data requested or give the customer number;
- Complete the online order form giving all the references to products or services;
- Validate the order after reviewing it;
- Make payment as indicated;
- Confirm the order and payment.

Terms of payment

The jewelery is guaranteed for 1 year. All repairs are free of charge. ARTIPOL disclaims any liability for damage caused by the purchaser (broken jewelry, lost etc..).
ARTIPOL uses only natural stones (there are no two identical stones) and therefore can not guarantee that the repaired part will have the same stone.
If unable to repair or exchange, ARTIPOL will propose another jewel of the same value.
The period of repair is 15 days if the product is in stock. If not, the repair can take longer.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail (letter MAX preferred) to the following address: ARTIPOL, 16 rue desAlouettes, 68110 ILLZACH.
The seller, in the process of selling online is only bound by an obligation of means, he can not be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, hacking, viruses, break service, or other unintended problems.

ARTIPOL archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the CivilCode.
The registers of ARTIPOL will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Settlement of disputes
The conditions of online sales are subject to French law.
In case of a dispute, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris, despite multiple defendants or warranty.
